HOT ! Vintage - J. B. Hirsch - Victorian Lady Curtsying “Pleased to Meet You” - Rare Sculpture

This is a very old vintage piece, probably from the 1930’s or 1940’s, by J. B. Hirsch during the Art-Deco era.It’s a metal alloy figurine, probably made with a French Bronze for the Lady herself with the exception of her Face which may be an Ivorine, a celluiold material, both appear to be a heavy metal material.Her base is a metal or marble type material as well.The small velvet type material on the base bottom does peel back a little so I did take a picture of that as well, a small dap of glue would solve this issue.Overall the statue is in very good and solid condition with only some of the surface paint having come off which is very typical for something that’s been around for 80 to 90 years now.It has a heavy feel and look to it as you would see on a Pewter crafted piece, very solid indeed.Add this piece of art work to your collection today.Please see all photos attached for all the details, size, weight and condition of this highly rare and collectible piece of art work which could easily become a true antique piece over the next 5 to 10 years.
